This Privacy Policy explains how Vidnoz ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our creative workspace. Vidnoz includes AI image generation, AI image editing, document tools, chat, and voice-interface features.

By downloading or using Vidnoz, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

◫ Information We Handle

Vidnoz does not require an account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, phone number, or password to use the App's core features.

• Image prompts: Text prompts you enter to generate images.
• Photos and edit instructions: Images you select from your photo library and the instructions you enter when using AI image editing.
• Documents and text: PDFs, images, and text you choose to import, convert, scan, or process with document tools.
• Technical request data: When you use online image features, our processing provider may receive technical information needed to handle your request, such as IP address, device/network information, and request metadata.
• Support communications: Information you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support.

✦ How AI Image Features Process Content

Vidnoz uses Cloudflare Workers AI to provide its online image features:

• Image Generator: Your text prompt is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to create an image.
• Image Editor: The image you select and your edit instruction are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to create an edited image.

Vidnoz does not operate user accounts or a first-party server that stores your prompts or images as a personal profile. Cloudflare processes requests according to its own applicable privacy practices. Learn more at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

▣ On-Device Document Tools

The following Vidnoz tools process your content locally on your device and do not automatically send it to an external AI service:

• Creating PDFs from text or images
• Extracting text from supported PDFs
• Optical character recognition (OCR) for supported documents and images
• Importing and exporting PDFs through Apple's Files interface
• Copying extracted text to your clipboard

◌ Chat and Voice Interface

The AI Chat responses available in the current version of Vidnoz are generated locally in the App and are not sent to a cloud chat provider.

The current voice-interface feature does not record or transmit microphone audio. If future versions add voice recording, speech recognition, or cloud voice processing, this policy will be updated before those features are made available.

▧ Photos, Files, Camera, and Microphone

Photo Library: Vidnoz may request access to your photo library so that you can choose images for editing or document tools. If you choose to save a generated image, Vidnoz may request permission to add it to your photo library.

Files: You may import PDFs from, or export PDFs to, locations you choose through Apple's Files interface. Vidnoz accesses only the files you explicitly select.

Camera and Microphone: The App may include permission descriptions for future tools. The current version does not use the camera for capture and does not record or transmit microphone audio.

⌁ Local Storage and Retention

Vidnoz primarily keeps working content in memory during your active session, including generated results, document-tool results, and chat messages.

• Temporary PDF files may be created on your device when you choose to share a document.
• Content exported to the Files app remains in the location you choose.
• Images saved to your photo library remain in Apple Photos until you delete them.
• Removing the App generally removes its locally stored app data. Files or images you exported outside the App are not removed automatically.

↗ Third-Party Services

Vidnoz uses the following third-party provider in connection with online image features:

• Cloudflare Workers AI — processes prompts and selected images needed to generate or edit images.

Vidnoz does not include third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, account-login, or subscription services in the current version of the App.

♙ Children's Privacy

Vidnoz is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

✓ Your Choices and Rights

• You may avoid online image processing by not using the Image Generator or Image Editor.
• You choose which photos, text, and files to provide to Vidnoz.
• You can revoke permissions through your device settings at any time.
• You can delete content saved in Photos or Files.
• You can remove locally stored App data by uninstalling Vidnoz.

If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, California, or another region with privacy rights, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

🔒 Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by Vidnoz. Online image requests are protected using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

↻ Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Vidnoz after an updated policy takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
